Quick Fix Premium Tire Sealants are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Quick Fix will replace the product free of cost after Quick Fix inspection and if analysis discloses any such defects occurring in recommended usage. Buyer must claim through of our website including mention problems & images of bike tires and proof of purchase at Buyer’s expense. If the material is found to be defective, Quick Fix will give a new product to Buyer Inc. all shipping costs.
This warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship discovered while using the product as recommended by Quick Fix. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, improper installation, use in passenger vehicles or light duty trucks/SUVs, or tires/wheels equipped with TPMS.
Should the product fail due to defects in material and/or workmanship, your sole recourse shall be product replacement. Quick Fix shall not be liable for punitive, incidental or consequential damages, loss of time, loss of vehicle use, or inconvenience.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
